This picture is taken from the middle of the peñc mi, between the teacher’s bedrooms and the classroom.
Here’s another picture from the same location – that guy held that position for a very long time while I took this picture.
This picture is looking into the inside of the building – not too exciting right now, but I can’t wait until it is full of big barrels full of seed! (only about 7 or 8 months to go…)
The guys working on the building (like everyone here) were really excited when I was taking pictures of the building – so much so, in fact, that they wanted to pose for the picture: one is shoveling gravel, another is carrying a bucket on his head, another has a spade in his hand to smooth the concrete on the building, another is holding the board that is keeping the cement framing in place (he didn’t really have a choice about that), and the last (the youngest guy, who wasn’t quite as excited as the rest) is just standing there.
A few days later. It’s pretty close to being done – just need a roof and a floor and a door! (plus the barrels inside to store the seed)
