The guys working on the building (like everyone here) were really excited when I was taking pictures of the building – so much so, in fact, that they wanted to pose for the picture: one is shoveling gravel, another is carrying a bucket on his head, another has a spade in his hand to smooth the concrete on the building, another is holding the board that is keeping the cement framing in place (he didn’t really have a choice about that), and the last (the youngest guy, who wasn’t quite as excited as the rest) is just standing there.
